Bracknell Forest Skills Hub Project Closure
The Bracknell Forest Skills Hub was established to support local businesses by providing access to a talent pool equipped with relevant skills and ultimately enabling the local economy to grow through productivity and driving innovation.
Through this initiative — funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund — we have worked to strengthen local skills, connect people with opportunities, support businesses to meet their skills requirements and contribute to Bracknell Forest’s wider economic vision.
During our 18 months of operation we have:
-
Supported 350 career seekers
-
Engaged with 298 businesses
-
Presented to the market at 5 events and 2 expos
-
Built and delivered a bespoke training course for 33 senior managers and 300 employees in the hospitality industry.
We are proud of the impact achieved together with our community. However, the project has now reached the end of its allocated funding, and as a result, the Bracknell Forest Skills Hub will be closing.
We would like to thank everyone who engaged with the Skills Hub — from individuals taking their next career step to employers and providers helping shape Bracknell Forest’s future workforce.
Your involvement has contributed to a stronger, more connected local skills ecosystem.
